Telangiectasia
Telangiectasia, commonly known as broken capillaries, are small, dilated blood vessels that appear near the surface of the skin, often on the face and legs. Treating telangiectasia with microneedling combined with radiofrequency (RF) offers an innovative and effective solution. Microneedling uses fine needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating the body's natural healing process and promoting collagen production. When enhanced with radiofrequency, this treatment creates a soft coagulation selectively in the basal layer and upper dermis. It coagulates abnormal small blood vessels while leaving the surrounding tissue intact. This selective coagulation and dermal remodelling help reduce the appearance of broken capillaries and aid in recovering from hyper angiogenesis. This minimally invasive approach not only improves the appearance of telangiectasia but also enhances overall skin texture and tone, providing a comprehensive solution with minimal downtime and lasting results.
